Article Abstract
In this patient spontaneous bilateral vertebral artery dissection complicated afibrinogenemia.Since anticoagulant therapy usually indicated for arterial dissection,this association created a therapeutic problem. This patient received anticoagulants with fibrinogen replacement,which resulted in a favorable evolution.
